Our garments are made-to-order and customized to your specifications. Therefore we typically ship garments 2-5 business days after you place your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Domestic orders (within the continental US) are shipped via ground and typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

International orders typically arrive 1-6 days after shipping.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Return Policies:

To make a return, please email cquinncustomdesigns@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of order receipt.

To receive a full refund, the garment(s) must be in like new condition.

Any item that has been altered/customized will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
